i made this place so i could become a more conscious consumer of media. i realized having one place where i could put everything i'm consuming throughout the week might help me be a bit more conscious with what i'm engaging with and how. we are what we give our attnetion to. and while algorithms are often a helpful reflection of that attention, they can also be manipulated by companies that wield our the cravings of our own attention toward their own capital gain. i created this space to free myself of that as much as possible.
